How pricing works, and how to read the timelines and warranty statements published on this website.
Pricing on consultation
We don't publish per-sq.ft rates — every home is different. The number that binds either side is the line-item quotation issued after the site study and a free consultation, with material, hardware, finish and labour listed separately.
Timelines are quoted per site
Durations published in the process and FAQ sections are typical: 2BHK flats usually 30 – 40 working days and 3BHK flats 40 – 55 working days from design approval. Every project gets its own schedule, agreed at quotation stage, and any change (civil revisions, stone work, festival labour) is flagged in the weekly progress update.
Warranty, as stated in the FAQ
Modular hardware carries a 10-year warranty* on channels, hinges and lift-ups, plus a 1-year service commitment covering installation snags, with site visits usually within 72 hours. Payment follows the standard schedule: 40% on order confirmation, 40% at factory dispatch and installation, 20% on handover.
