No. Site visits are scheduled in advance at no extra cost, and the first layout you see carries no charge and no obligation — whether you are in East Delhi, Noida or Ghaziabad.
Yes. Our studio is in Mayur Vihar Phase II but we execute across East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Vaishali, Indirapuram, Kaushambi and Vasundhara. Site visits and service calls outside East Delhi are scheduled in advance at no extra cost.
We can start from your architect's drawings and take over the interior scope, or work as the interior consultant while your contractor executes. Tell us the split you want at consultation and we will structure the contract to match.
Design and drawings, modular manufacture, civil work, electrical and plumbing coordination, false ceiling, painting, flooring, hardware, installation, deep cleaning and a final styling pass. You only buy appliances and soft furnishings if you want to choose them yourself.
Yes. If Vastu matters to your family, we incorporate the directional and room-placement preferences in the layout stage — before civil work begins, where it costs nothing to change.
Modular hardware carries a 10-year warranty* on channels, hinges and lift-ups. We also give a 1-year service commitment for installation snags, with site visits usually within 72 hours.
Standard schedule is 40% on order confirmation, 40% at factory dispatch and installation, and 20% on handover. Commercial projects can be staged against milestones. Everything is invoiced — no cash-only adjustments.
